Wymogi zdobycia certyfikatu CTA

 

By móc przystąpić do pisemnego i ustnego egzaminu na CTA należy spełnić następujące warunki:

1.    Zaliczony przez PTSTA lub TSTA test 101.

2.    Zawarta umowa EATA ze sponsorem TSTA lub PTSTA.

3.    600 godzin szkoleń (min. 300 godzin musi być w ramach szkolenia AT przeprowadzonego przez TSTA lub PTSTA).

4.    150 godzin superwizji (min. 75 godzin przez TSTA lub PTSTA, z czego w ramach tych 75 godzin min. 40 godzin u sponsora AT).

5.    750 godzin praktyki (min. 500 godzin w zakresie metody AT).

6.    500 godzin samorozwoju (zajęcia terapeutyczne z CTA, PTSTA lub TSTA, prowadzenie wykładów, udział w konferencjach, grupy rówieśnicze, tłumaczenie, pisanie artykułów itd.).

Rozwój idei AT po Berne – rozwój metodologii neobernowskiej

 

Po śmierci Berna jego koncepcja była rozwijania przez jego następców. Początkowo rozwijane były idee, które wprowadził Berne na przykład matryca skryptów opisana przez Steinera lub podejście do gier Karpmana. Następnie Analitycy Transakcyjni zaczęli czerpać z innych szkół terapeutycznych, na przykład pojęcie przeniesienia opisał przez Moiso.

Rozwój Analizy Transakcyjnej można też obserwować poprzez powstawanie nowych szkół w jej obrębie:

1.    Szkoła Klasyczna stworzona przez Berna

2.    Szkoła Redecyzji stworzona przez Bob’a i Mary Gouldingów

3.    Szkoła Cathexis stworzona przez Schiffów

4.    Szkoła Relacyjna reprezentowana przez Sills i Hargaden

Obecnie w Analizie Transakcyjnej można odnaleźć znacznie więcej szkół.
